Yes, Soldeu is in the Pyrenees, not the Alps, but that’s where I’ll be heading in January 2027.

If skiing makes you anxious, you’re not alone. Most of us know how to ski, our challenge is managing the psychology of it. The uncertainty, the hesitation, the fear that stops us from relaxing and truly enjoying our time on the slopes.

This isn’t about technique. It’s about mindset. And once that clicks, everything changes.

That’s why we’ve created something special.

From 13 – 18 April 2026, there will be a retreat to La Plagne, France, with Carol and Louise Pode of Proability. Louise is a mindset coach with first-hand experience of ski anxiety, and 25 years of executive coaching experience, helping skiers of all abilities to rediscover their confidence and joy of skiing. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and Resilience coaching, and has a background as a Chartered Physiotherapist. Louise brings a holistic approach to enabling her clients to build a toolkit of coping strategies to enable them to overcome their anxiety.

Together, Carol and Louise offer:
